Besutiful recycled circular-shaped bottle refinished in a silver sparkle glaze with a large fleur de lis embellished in clear rhinestones. Bottle is topped with a beautiful clear crystal topper and neck is wrapped in black and clear crystals. Handmade in the USA making this piece truly one of a kind. Never duplicated.
