Upcycled vintage silver 15” plate/platter painted and embellished with a floral rub on transfer sealed with a permanent sealer to ensure longevity of usage. Perimeter of plate is hand painted with an antique gold color and hand embellished in matching rhinestones. l Upcycled in the USA. Never duplicated making this item truly one of a kind.
